Grizzly Bear Foundation is the only Canadian charitable organization dedicated solely to the welfare of grizzly bears (Ursus arctos). Working collaboratively to
support the conservation and preservation of grizzly bears through research and public education.
Learn about living with bears; creating bear smart communities; recreating in bear country; bear safety at work; and managing bears (for wildlife officials). Working in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Conservation Officer Service, Ministry of Forest, Lands, and Natural Resources Operations, Ministry of Tourism, First Nations, Municipalities, Regional Districts, Provincial/National Parks, Business Sectors, and other stakeholders to reduce conflict between humans and bears.
